Since 2019, we’ve been hosting dance events across Portugal for adults who want to learn, move, and have fun. We’re not here to create professional dancers. We’re here to create moments — the kind where you forget about everything else and just dance.
Our events run year-round in Lisbon, Porto, Covilhã, and smaller towns. Whether you’re recovering from a long week at work or looking for a new hobby, you’ll find your people here. Most of our participants are picking up dance for the first time in their 40s or 50s, and they’re doing just fine.
Each event type offers something different. Pick what speaks to you, or try them all.
Waltz, foxtrot, quickstep. Elegant, structured, social. Perfect if you like rhythm and clear patterns. Most sessions run Thursday and Saturday evenings with live piano or recorded music.
Latin energy, partner connection, infectious rhythm. Salsa takes a few weeks to feel natural — we break it down step-by-step so it clicks. Workshops run 6 weeks each, Tuesday and Friday afternoons.
Intimate, emotional, demanding. Tango is about listening to your partner. It’s different from other dances. We teach connection, frame, and interpretation. Wednesday evenings, all levels welcome.
No partner needed. Just you, the music, and a group of people doing the same thing. Country, pop, classic hits. Relaxed, fun, and low-pressure. Monthly socials on Sunday afternoons.

Tango is about listening to your partner through physical connection. We’ll explain frame, lead and follow, and how to communicate without words on the dance floor.
Read Guide“Wasn’t sure I could do this at my age honestly. But after three months of salsa I’m actually decent, and I’ve made real friends. It’s not just dancing — it’s like therapy but with music.”
“My partner dragged me to the first ballroom evening. I thought it’d be stuffy and weird. Turns out I loved it. We’ve been going every other week for two years now. Best decision we didn’t know we were making.”
“Tango completely changed how I think about movement and connection. It’s challenging but in a good way. The instructors don’t rush you. They actually care that you understand what you’re doing.”
“Line dancing is my Sunday thing now. No pressure about partners or being perfect. Just good music and people who get that movement is fun. I’m healthier, happier, more connected.”
You’ll be dancing sooner than you think.
Pick the dance style that appeals to you. Never danced before? Start with ballroom or line dancing — they’re forgiving and fun. Feeling adventurous? Salsa and tango are waiting.
Comfortable clothes, soft shoes, and an open mind. That’s all you need. You won’t be the only beginner. Our instructors know how to make people feel welcome from minute one.
Most people see real improvement within 4-6 weeks. But more importantly, you’ll find a community. People who understand that moving together is one of the best things humans can do.
For ballroom, salsa, and tango we rotate partners regularly so you’re not stuck with one person. Line dancing doesn’t need a partner at all. Come solo — you’ll meet people.
Everyone says that before they start. Most people are surprised how quickly their body figures it out. We start with simple patterns and build from there. No judgment, just learning.
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Soft-soled shoes (no sneakers, no hard heels initially). Once you’re more regular, some people invest in dance shoes — we can point you to good options.
It depends on the dance. Ballroom evenings run twice weekly. Salsa workshops are 6-week blocks. Tango is weekly. Line dancing happens monthly. Check the calendar for your city.
You probably won’t be. Our average age is 51. We specifically target the 40-60 group because dance is better when everyone’s at a similar life stage. You’ll feel right at home.
We run events in Lisbon, Porto, Covilhã, Aveiro, and several smaller cities. Get in touch and we’ll tell you what’s happening closest to you and when you can start.
Whether you’re curious about ballroom, want to feel the energy of salsa, crave the intimacy of tango, or just want to move with good people — we’re here. No experience needed. No pressure. Just music and movement.
